3. Use of Google User Data
Portfolyo uses Google Sign-In for authentication.
The Google user data we access is limited to basic profile information needed to identify and authenticate users, such as name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier.
We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not sell Google user data. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide and secure the service, comply with the law, or operate infrastructure providers used by Portfolyo.
Portfolyo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information only in limited situations, such as:
- With service providers that help us operate Portfolyo, such as hosting, database, authentication, storage, analytics, or security providers

Public portfolio content may be visible to anyone who visits your published portfolio page.

When you publish a portfolio, the information you choose to display may become publicly accessible, including through your Portfolyo subdomain.
Please do not publish information that you do not want to be public.
We may hide, disable, or remove public portfolios that violate our Terms of Service, create security risks, receive valid reports, or cause platform integrity concerns.
6. Data Storage and Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
However, no online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and using a trusted Google account to sign in.

We keep your information for as long as necessary to provide Portfolyo, maintain your account, resolve disputes, enforce our Terms, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
