Terms of Service

Portfolyo is a platform that allows users to create and publish personal portfolio websites. Users may create a portfolio page, manage their profile information, add projects, links, and other professional or creative content.

Portfolyo is currently under development, and some features may change, be limited, or be removed as the platform improves.

To use certain features, you may need to sign in using Google or another supported authentication method.

When you sign in with Google, we may receive basic account information such as your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier for authentication purposes.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

You are responsible for any content you create, upload, publish, or share through Portfolyo, including text, images, links, portfolio details, project descriptions, and other materials.

By publishing content on Portfolyo, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have the right to use it.
• Your content does not violate any law or third-party rights.
• Your content is not misleading, harmful, abusive, defamatory, hateful, fraudulent, or inappropriate.
• Your content does not impersonate another person, brand, company, or organization without permission.

You retain ownership of your content. However, by using Portfolyo, you grant us permission to host, display, store, process, and make your content available as needed to operate the service.

Portfolyo may allow users to publish portfolios under subdomains such as username.portfolyo.id.

We reserve the right to reject, disable, hide, rename, reclaim, or remove any subdomain or portfolio that violates these Terms, creates confusion, infringes rights, impersonates another party, contains inappropriate content, or is otherwise harmful to the platform or its users.

Subdomains are provided as part of the service and do not represent ownership of the Portfolyo domain.

You agree not to use Portfolyo to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload or publish illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or violent content.
• Impersonate another person, company, organization, or brand.
• Publish spam, scams, phishing links, malware, or deceptive content.
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other third-party rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to Portfolyo systems.
• Use automated scraping, bots, or abuse mechanisms without permission.
• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, work, projects, or affiliations.

We may review, hide, disable, reject, suspend, or remove accounts, portfolios, subdomains, or content if we believe they violate these Terms or may harm users, the platform, or third parties.

We may also take action based on user reports, abuse reports, security concerns, legal requests, or platform integrity reviews.

Users or visitors may report portfolios or content that appear to violate these Terms. We may review reports and take appropriate action at our discretion.

Portfolyo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

Because Portfolyo is currently under development, features may change, break, or be removed without prior notice.

Portfolyo may use third-party services, including Google authentication, hosting providers, database providers, analytics tools, and other infrastructure services.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

You may stop using Portfolyo at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Portfolyo if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create risk for other users, or cause legal or security concerns.

Portfolyo is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that portfolios created using Portfolyo will result in employment, clients, opportunities, visibility, or any specific outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Portfolyo and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, reputation, opportunities, or business resulting from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.

Your continued use of Portfolyo after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
